Join us for an immersive Olive Oil Tasting Class!  

Fustini's ambassador Rachel Little will lead us through the art of tasting and evaluating high-quality olive oils. 

Whether you're a food enthusiast, home cook, or professional chef, this guided experience will deepen your appreciation for this liquid gold.  We will learn the difference between extra virgin, virgin and refined olive oils and how to properly taste and assess olive oil to identify key flavors and aroma.  Rachel will also share complimentary food pairings with recipes to try at home.
